Return and Refund Policy

At mendeez.shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy.   

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Undergarments  or personalized items may not be returned due to hygiene reasons
• Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Please contact us at support@mendeez.shop or call us at +1-833-549-8588 within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. 2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.   
   
    

    
2. Packaging: Securely package the item(s) you are returning in the original packaging, if possible. Include the RAN clearly on the package.
3. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure we receive your return.   
   
    

    
4. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.

Refunds:

• If the returned item(s) are in their original condition and meet our return policy criteria, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
• The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@mendeez.shop or call us at +1-833-549-8588. We will arrange for a return or replacement and cover the return shipping costs.
